About Our Peptides
All peptides are guaranteed at ≥99.5% purity, verified by HPLC-MS. Certificates of Analysis for every batch are available on our COA page — including chromatogram data and molecular weight confirmation.
All peptides are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed research-grade vials. This ensures maximum stability during storage and transit. Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution is available separately.
Store lyophilised peptides at -20°C in a cool, dry, dark environment. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe appropriate for your research protocol. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Delivery & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.
Yes. Select Next Day Tracked or Next Day Thermal at checkout and place your order before 2:00 PM for guaranteed next working day delivery across the UK.
Thermal shipping uses insulated packaging and gel ice packs to maintain 2–8°C during transit. It is recommended during warmer months (May–September) or in areas with elevated ambient temperatures to preserve peptide integrity.
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with additional payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over £150. Orders above this threshold also include a complimentary 10ml Bacteriostatic Water vial, added automatically at checkout.
Please contact us immediately via email if you need to amend or cancel an order. We will do our best to assist before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Certificates of Analysis for all batches are available on our COA page. Each report includes HPLC chromatogram data, mass spectrometry results, purity percentage, and batch number for full traceability.
Yes. Research peptides are legal to purchase in the UK for laboratory research purposes. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Returns
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of research peptides and cold-chain requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the wrong item was received, the product arrived damaged, or a verified purity discrepancy is identified.
Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately, then contact us within 7 days via our Contact page. Include your order number and images and we will arrange a prompt resolution.
All return and replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests raised outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
