Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday – Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next available working day.
All dispatch times are subject to stock availability and payment verification. During peak periods, same-day dispatch may be affected — we will notify you promptly if this is the case.

Thermal Shipping
Certain peptides require temperature-controlled transit to maintain their structural integrity. We offer a dedicated Thermal Shipping service that uses insulated packaging and gel ice packs to maintain appropriate temperatures throughout delivery.

Packaging Standards
All orders are packed discreetly with no external branding that identifies the contents. Peptide vials are individually wrapped in protective foam or bubble wrap and secured inside a rigid outer box to prevent movement during transit.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £150. In addition, orders over £150 qualify for a free 10ml Bacteriostatic Water vial, automatically added at checkout.

Free shipping is applied to standard tracked delivery. It cannot be combined with thermal shipping, which carries an additional charge due to packaging costs.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the need to maintain cold-chain integrity, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used peptide products. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our research-grade compounds.
However, we will investigate and replace or refund orders in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received (wrong peptide or quantity)
- Product arrived visibly damaged or compromised
- Order not received within 5 working days of dispatch
- Significant purity discrepancy verified against COA
All return/replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue.
